THE FALL AND RISE OF WHITEMOOR YARD.

When they finished hump shunting in Whitemoor and closed the Down Yard, the Up Yard was used for all traffic and the double ended roads were all cut and used the other way round.Previous | NextOf course, although hump shunting finished, fly shunting didn't. It looks as though some of the Whitemoor shunters were not that good at it! Or were they?
